Fried Fish Pie๐ŸŸ

Here is an easy snack that even kids can make. It’s fish pie๐ŸŸ๐ŸŸ๐ŸŸ๐ŸŸ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ
The ingredients are quite few:
๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡๐Ÿ‘‡
๐ŸŸFor the dough:
๐Ÿ…500 gr All purpose flour
๐Ÿ…80 gr sugar
๐Ÿ…1/2 teaspoon salt
๐Ÿ…1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
๐Ÿ…250 ml warm water
๐Ÿ…2 teaspoons yeast

๐ŸŸFor the filling:
๐Ÿ…Some sardines or mackerel fillets
๐Ÿ…Ground pepper

๐ŸŸAnd oil for frying
๐ŸŸFind the steps below ๐Ÿ‘‡

๐Ÿ…Add all the ingredients in a bowl
๐Ÿ…And pour in the water
๐Ÿ…Mix until the mixture forms a tacky dough
๐Ÿ…Meanwhile mash your fish and add some ground pepper

๐Ÿ…Sprinkle some flour on your kneading table
๐Ÿ…Transfer the dough and knead until it becomes smooth

๐Ÿ…Grease a pan with some oil and place the dough in it

๐Ÿ…Cover with a plastic bag and place in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes

๐Ÿ…After 45 minutes

๐Ÿ…Sprinkle some flour on your kneading table
๐Ÿ…Cut out some of the dough and place on it

๐Ÿ…Roll
๐Ÿ…Using a pie cutter,cut out some circles

๐Ÿ…Place on the pie cutter
๐Ÿ…Stretch till it covers it all round
๐Ÿ…Fill with some of the mashed fish
๐Ÿ…Brush the edge with some water to hold it together and prevent it for opening when it’s being fried

๐Ÿ…If you do not have a pie cutter use anything that cuts a circle
๐Ÿ…Then close with a fork

๐Ÿ…Heat some oil
๐Ÿ…Fry over medium heat

๐Ÿ…Turn at intervals to make sure both sides are evenly fried
