Here is an easy recipe for homemade chicken wrap  (shawarma) that doesn’t require an industrial grill and kebab slicer, all you need is a pair of kitchen scissors, a sharp knife, and an oven.
Recipe below👇👇

🍅Season and grill the chicken
🍅You can use any seasoning of choice, but the basics are :
🍅Ginger
🍅Garlic
🍅Onion
🍅Salt
🍅(Add your own extras)
🍗Grill for 45 minutes at 200°C
If you don’t have an oven, please 👉season, steam and fry ,or pan grill ☺

🍅Measure out 400 gr All purpose flour
🍅Add 1 teaspoon salt
🍅Add 1 teaspoon baking powder

🍅Add 8 tablepoons Olive oil
🍅Or (6 tablespoons vegetable oil)

🍅Mix in the oil

🍅Pour in 200 ml cold water

🍅Mix

🍅Mix until smooth
🍅Cover for about 15 minutes  (I figured out the dough becomes more elastic when I let it rest a bit)

image

🍅Sprinkle some flour on your work top
🍅Dump the dough on it

image

🍅Roll and cut out circles
🍅If you can roll your dough into circles without using any object to achieve it>>> please do…I can’t 😃😃😃

image

🍅Heat up a non stick pan/grill pan
🍅On medium heat ,gently lift your dough and place on the pan

image

🍅Cook for one minute

image

🍅Flip over,cook for another minute

image

🍅Make sure cover up to keep them soft, they dry up when exposed

image

🍅Pick out the chicken
🍅Shred and pick out the bones

image

🍅Cut to smaller pieces using a pair of scissors

image

🍅You can place the chicken in a pan and place over low heat to keep it crispy and warm while you prepare the sauce and vegetables

image

🍅Cut any veggies of choice
🍅Prep the sauce:
🍗mix organic unsweetened yogurt with herbs,or mix some salad cream with barbecue sauce,or some mayonnaise with ketchup …your choice

image

🍅Layer the chicken and veggies, then top with the sauce/cream
🍅Roll up and enjoy 😋😋

🍅Yummy
