Chocolate Cake🍰

🍰Ingredients👇

🍒400 grams All purpose flour

🍒250 grams granulated white sugar

🍒200 grams Butter

🍒3 teaspoons baking powder

🍒6 large eggs

🍒1/2 teaspoon salt

🍒1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

🍒100 ml unskimmed milk

🍒Almond Essence

🍒50 grams unsweetened cocoa powder

🍒150 grams unsweetened chocolate

🍒Preheat the oven to 180 °C

🍒Cream butter and Sugar for 15 minutes

🍒Sift flour

🍒Add baking powder

🍒Add salt and cinnamon 

🍒Set the dry ingredients aside 

🍒Crack the eggs into a bowl 

🍒Add half of the eggs and some flour to the creamed butter

🍒Mix 

🍒Add the rest of the eggs and the flour

🍒Mix

🍒Add milk

🍒Mix

🍒Add cocoa powder

🍒Mix

🍒Place the chocolate in a ceramic bowl and put in the microwave to melt for about 1-2 minutes

🍒Or boil some water in a pot, place chocolate in an aluminium bowl and place over the boiling water 

🍒Pour in melted chocolate

🍒Add the almond essence

🍒Mix


🍒Grease a cake pan

🍒Sprinkle with flour

🍒Pour in the batter

🍒Bake at 180 °C for 1 hour and 15 minutes

🍒Drizzle with chocolate👌

Hi,I don’t know if the information you seek is for commercial use,if it is,cake sellers frost and freeze their cakes, and then prior to sales,they place it in the fridge to let it defrost slowly so that it’s easier to slice. Otherwise you can wrap it in a plastic bag(at room temperature) and finish it within a week ❤
