Puff Puff🍞





🍞500 grams All purpose flour
🍞150 grams granulated white sugar
🍞2 tablespoons active dry yeast (levelled)
🍞4 tablespoons Nido powdered milk (levelled)
🍞1/2 teaspoon salt
🍞1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
🍞500 ml warm water
🍞Vegetable Oil for frying


🍞Place flour and sugar in a bowl


🍞Add salt and nutmeg

🍞Add powdered milk

🍞Mix in all ingredients

🍞Place warm water in a bowl
🍞Add the yeast

🍞Use a fork to whisk till the yeast dissolves completely

🍞Pour yeast mixture into the dry ingredients

🍞Mix with a wooden spatula or use the paddle attachment of a cake mixer if you’ve got one

🍞Till it looks like this

🍞Cover up with a foil paper and place in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes

🍞After 45 minutes👌

🍞Heat up some oil


🍞The batter is really soft so you don’t need to mould, just freestyle 💃💃💃 drop the batter into the oil one scoop at a time,you can use an ice cream scoop,you can wet your fingers and use them ..your choice

🍞Fry till golden brown
🍞Perfect for parties
