๐Ÿž500 grams All purpose flour
๐Ÿž150 grams granulated white sugar
๐Ÿž2 tablespoons active dry yeast (levelled)
๐Ÿž4 tablespoons Nido powdered milk (levelled)
๐Ÿž1/2 teaspoon salt
๐Ÿž1/2 teaspoon grated nutmeg
๐Ÿž500 ml warm water
๐ŸžVegetable Oil for frying

 

๐ŸžPlace flour and sugar in a bowl
๐ŸžMix

 

๐ŸžAdd salt and nutmeg

๐ŸžAdd powdered milk

๐ŸžMix in all ingredients

๐ŸžPlace warm water in a bowl
๐ŸžAdd the yeast

๐ŸžUse a fork to whisk till the yeast dissolves completely

๐ŸžPour yeast mixture into the dry ingredients

๐ŸžMix with a wooden spatula or use the paddle attachment of a cake mixer if you’ve got one

๐ŸžTill it looks like this

๐ŸžCover up with a foil paper and place in a warm place to rise for about 45 minutes

๐ŸžAfter 45 minutes๐Ÿ‘Œ

๐ŸžHeat up some oil

 

๐ŸžThe batter is really soft so you don’t need to mould, just freestyle ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ๐Ÿ’ƒ drop the batter into the oil one scoop at a time,you can use an ice cream scoop,you can wet your fingers and use them ..your choice
