Hotdog pizza🍕



🍕 500 grams all purpose flour,
🍕 1 teaspoon of salt,
🍕 1 levelled table spoon of yeast,
🍕 6 tablespoons of vegetable oil,

🍕150 ml warm water (maybe a bit more)
🍕Combine flour& salt

🍕Add the oil and mix until the mixture starts to look like crumbs
🍕Dissolve the yeast in the warm water
🍕Add to the mixture

🍕Mix to form a dough
🍕Cover with a kitchen napkin and allow to proof for 45 minutes
🍕Combine 3 table spoons of tomato paste & 100 ml water,


🍕Bring to a boil(over low heat) season with salt and garlic powder ( you can add any other seasoning of choice)
🍕Cook for the 10 minutes over low heat
🍕After 45 minutes of proofing
🍕Sprinkle some flour on your work top 🍕Cut out some of the dough
🍕Grease a pan
🍕Place the dough in the pan (you must not use a pizza pan)
🍕Spread some of the tomato sauce

🍕Top with hotdogs and grated cheese
🍕Sprinkle some oregano
🍕Bake in the oven for 7 -10 minutes @ 250°c
